Sutekichi Shoda, our founder, established the Shoda-gumi engaged in forwarding of coal.

May, 1935 |

Masakichi Shoda, our predecessor, expanded Shoda-gumi Branch at Benten, Minato-ku.

November, 1953 |

Reorganized into Asahi Transport Corporation with capital of \2,000,000. As liquid fuel took the place of coal at this time, our main business changed into handling and forwarding mineral ores.

The License of Service of Ordinary Cargo Transportation by Automobiles granted.

Hiroshi Ota took office as the Chief Executive Officer. Installed concrete crusher plant at Ajigawa Industrial Enterprise, our affiliate, and commenced Intermediate Processing of Industrial Waste.
